Pinnacle Airlines of Memphis plans to buy 15 Bombardier Q400 airliners valued at $381 million, company officials said Thursday. The Q400 is a 74-seat turboprop. Pinnacle's contract also includes conditional orders for 10 Q400 aircraft with options for another 20.
